BBQ Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. beef ribs
- 1/2 C. ketchup
- 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
Directions
Parboil ribs for 20 minutes. Cool and remove visible fat. Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and brown sugar. Grill for a couple of minutes, then baste with sauce. Grill another couple of minutes, turn ribs, and baste again. Continue to grill until cooked through.
