  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. of sesame seed buns
  • 2 C. coleslaw

Place pork, chili powder, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt in slow cooker on low heat until pork shreds easily. Drain excess liquid and add BBQ sauce. Serve warm on buns and top with coleslaw.
