Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. chuck roast, boneless and sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup onions
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup carrots, sliced thinly
  • ½ cup red onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine garlic powder, onions, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix well
Place roast in crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours (or high for 3 hours)
When roast is done. Toss carrots, spinach, red onions in a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Serve beef over a salad
