Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 lg. onions, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 lb. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbs. chili powder
  • 1 3/4 C. cider vinegar
  • 1 5-oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 28 oz. ketchup
  • 1 2-oz. bottle Tabasco sauce

Directions

Melt butter and saute onions and garlicin a big pot until soft. Add rest of ingredients and 2 cups water. Simmer until thick. This can be frozen!
