Bean and Beet Salad
- 1 15.5-oz. can light kidney beans, drained
- 1 can beets, drained and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 3 dollops Miracle Whip salad dressing
Drain beans and beets. Chop beets, dice celery, and mix in salad bowl. Add vinegar, stir, then add the salad dressing. Mix and serve. This can be made ahead of time and placed in the refrigerator to set a chill on the salad.
