  • 1 (10-oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10-oz.) can beef broth
  • 1/2 C. dry red wine
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes with herbs
  • 3 carrots, sliced into 1" pieces
  • 2 lb. beef, cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 (15-oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Mix all ingredients except for beans in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Stir in beans. Increase heat to high. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until mixture is hot.
