  • 1 8 oz. can fat -free refried beans
  • 1 C. ground oat flour
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 12 oz. jar salsa
  • 1/4 C. nonfat plain yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour with water and form into patties. Layer ingredients like a lasagna in oven pan, starting with refried beans. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Top with yogurt.
