Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. can fat -free refried beans
- 1 C. ground oat flour
- 1/4 water
- 1 12 oz. jar salsa
- 1/4 C. nonfat plain yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour with water and form into patties. Layer ingredients like a lasagna in oven pan, starting with refried beans. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Top with yogurt.
Yield: 4 servings
