  • 1 28 oz. can Vegetarian Baked Beans
  • 1 1/2 C. cooked rice
  • 1/2 C. chopped red onion
  • 1/2 C. shredded carrot
  • 1/2 C. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
