Bearnaise Creamed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz. box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Bearnaise Sauce Mix
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/2 cube butter

Directions

Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Heat milk and butter in a saucepan. Just as it begins to simmer, add the sauce pkg. and stir well. Add the spinach and break it up and stir well. Cook until it gets thickened, about 10 min. Serve in small bowls.
