This stir-fry is a great family dinner to make when you’re in a rush. The beef and bell pepper meal is made in under 10 minutes and can be served over rice for a complete meal.

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 12 ounces flank steak, sliced against the grain
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 sliced green onions
  • ¾ tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar

Heat the oil over medium-high heat and coat the skillet with the oil.
Add the meat to the skillet and cook the steak for 4 minutes.
Remove the beef and peppers from the skillet and add the soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger to the pan and bring the pan to a boil.
Cook for 1 minute and add the beef and peppers back to the pan with the onions.
Toss to coat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
