Beef and Cabbage
Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 4-5 med. russet potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 med. onion
- 1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
- 3 C. water
- salt and pepper
Directions
Brown meat and onion until meat is no longer pink. Add potatoes and stir. Add cabbage then salt and pepper to taste. Pour water over cabbage and salt and pepper. Do not stir. Place a lid on pot and and bring back up to a boil. Stir and replace lid. Cook on medium high for 30-45 minutes or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
