Beef and Mushroom Dijon
Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 2 C. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C. water
- 2 Tbs. prepared Dijon mustard
Directions
Slice round steak into thin strips. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add steak and brown, stirring often; remove and set aside. Add sliced mushrooms and sliced onion to the skillet; cook until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup, water, and prepared brown mustard. Bring to a boil, return beef to mix and heat thoroughly.
