Beef and Mushrooms Over Pasta

A full meal made with the help of soup mix, easily slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
  • 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
  • 2 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • hot cooked pasta

Directions

Lightly brown stew meat in a pan. Then combine stew meat, soup, soup mix, mushrooms and pepper in crockpot. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve over pasta.
