  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 diced potatoes
  • 2 chopped stalks celery
  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Cut the meat into 1 inch cubes and then place the cubed beef into the crockpot. Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour the mixture over the beef. Coat the beef with the seasoned flour. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover the pot and cook on high for 5 hours.
