Beef and Rotini Pasta

- 1 Top Rib/ Housekeeper's Cut, 2 1/2 lb
- 3 cups Rotini Pasta
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- Fresh Parsley
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Put the beef in a roasting tray with oil and garlic, use it sparingly.
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Cook for an hour, then take out and let rest for 15 minutes.
Use a cutting board to cut meat into pieces.
Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
Put pasta back in the pot.
In a skillet, add butter and saute onion and mushrooms.
Once onion is translucent, add in chopped meat.
Cook for a few minutes until meat is heated.
Remove from heat.
Serve by dishing out pasta and adding the meat mixture on top with fresh parsley.
