  • 1 lb of beef
  • 2 heads of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 c. of corn

Boil beef in salted water with onion, and carrot for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste, sweet corn, green pepper, and white beans. Cook for another 30 minutes. Stir in cauliflower, stir, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. Serve, topped with parsley.
