  • 1lb beef for stew, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4-5 yellow potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

Heat the oil in a skillet and add the beef. Cook until browned and drain any excess fat. Add the veggies, soups, and Worcestershire sauce and bring the contents to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
