Beef Brisket

Beef Brisket

This is one of the most flavorful and moist beef brisket recipes that I have ever tried. The meat is marinated for 24 hours before being cooked on low for eight hours. The final product is an absolutely incredible, mouthwatering bite of tender and juicy beef brisket. So simple and so worth the wait.

Set the brisket into a large baking pan.

Combine the ketchup and onion soup with along with one cup of water in a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour this sauce mixture over the beef. Cover the pan with foil and allow to marinate for minimum 12 hours to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Once ready to cook, preheat your oven to 275 degrees. Place the covered baking pan in the oven and let cook for six to eight hours while you do whatever it is that you need to do.

Occasionally check the brisket after it has been cooking for a few hours. The meat will be ready once you are able to pull it apart easily with two forks.

Slice across the grain to serve.
