Beef Chili in the Crockpot

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean beef chili meat
- 1 lg. onion, finely chopped
- one 10-oz. can chopped tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 1/2 C. tomato juice
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 1 Tbs. ground cumin
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
- one 15-oz. can pinto beans
Directions
In a large slow cooker, combine chili meat, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, tomato juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add pinto or kidney beans and continue to cook another 30 minutes.
