Beef Dip with Pepper Jack Cheese

- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 C. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 16 oz. sour cream cheese
Brown beef on medium high heat. Remove from heat and let cool. In a bowl, blend together the pepper jack cheese and the sour cream. Once the beef has cooled, layer on the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole. Add in the cheese mixture.
