Add some spice to your burgers this summer!

  • 1 1/3 lb. ground sirloin
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbs. fresh thyme leaves
  • hot sauce
  • 1 Tbs. grill seasoning
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper and one green bell pepper, sliced and seeded
  • 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.  Combine meat, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, thyme, hot sauce, and grill seasoning in a bowl.  Divide mixture into 4 portions and make 4 patties (about 1 inch thick).  Drizzle with olive oil and cook to desired doneness.

Stir-fry bell peppers and onion together with a bit of olive oil over medium heat and place on top of burgers.
