  • ¾ pounds sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Slice the steak into thin strips and cut the onions and bell peppers into strips too. Combine half of the olive oil, the lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt and pepper. Stir together in a bowl. Add the beef strips to the bowl and coat the steak. Heat the rest of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the peppers and onions for 4 minutes and remove from the heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 4 minutes. Add the peppers and onions for another minute. Serve the steak, peppers, and onions together.
