Beef Fajitas for Two

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, deboned
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 med. yellow onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions
Cut meat into 1/2-inch wide strips. Peel and mince garlic. Combine garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Place meat in a medium mixing bowl. Pour sauce on top. Cover nad refrigerate for 4-8 hours. Drain meat. Peel onion and cut into 1-inch pieces. Remove seeds and stem from bell pepper and cut into 1-inch pieces. Add onion and bell pepper to bowl with the meat. Mix well. Saute mixture on medium heat in a large frying pan until meat is thoroughly cooked. Serve with flour tortillas.
