Beef & Gravy over Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. bottled minced garlic
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 packets brown gravy mix
- hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes, for serving
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet and drain. Meanwhile, mix the contents of the gravy packet with water as called for on packet. Add the meat back to the skillet and add garlic and Worcestershire. Pour the gravy over beef and heat to a boil. Cook and stir until desired thickness. Serve over hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
