This is an easy way to use up some leftovers and provide a tasty treat. Makes an excellent addition to any breakfast menu.

  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 2 C. roast beef or steak, cold and chopped
  • 2 C. potatoes, boiled and chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 C. beef gravy or hot water
