Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 2 C. roast beef or steak, cold and chopped
- 2 C. potatoes, boiled and chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 C. beef gravy or hot water
Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally, and brown hash.
