Beef in Creamy Paprika Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef, 1/2" strips
- Flour
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 Tbs. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dust beef lightly with flour. Stir fry in butter until brown. Remove from pan. Add onions to pan and sauté until golden. Stir in cream, tomato paste, and paprika; blend well and simmer sauce until thickened stirring occasionally. Return beef to pan and heat through. Serve immediately.
