Beef N Cheese Ball

Try this cheese, vegetable, and chipped beef ball with crackers for a party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) package shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbs. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbs. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

Mix above ingredients well and shape into a ball or log. Roll in chopped dried beef.
