Beef & Potato Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- one 10-oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
- 12 taco shells
- lettuce
- shredded cheddar cheese
- taco sauce
Directions
In skillet, combine ground beef, hash browns, and onion. Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in seasoning mix and tomatoes with green chilies; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Heat taco shells according to package directions. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells. Top with lettuce, cheese, and taco sauce.
