  • I made this tonight for dinner and it came out great. I did not add the potatoes or carrots. I served it with green beans and put the meat and gravy over egg noodles. I have picky eaters and they all loved it. This recipe is a keeper.

  • Update:
I made this last night and both my husband and I loved it. I was a little afraid it was going to have too much of a Ranch taste but it didn't at all. The gravy was nice and creamy which I loved (but wasn't too thick). I took your suggestion and made some crusty bread to go along with this. We're eating leftovers tonight. It's a keeper!

  • This sounds interesting! I've never thought to use Ranch for a beef roast. I think I might try this tomorrow!
