  • 2 1/2 lb. London broil, sliced against the grain into 1/2-inch wide strips
  • 1/2 C. light soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. canola oil, plus more for grill
  • 1 T. lime juice
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 24 bamboo skewers, soaked in water 20 minutes

Place your sliced beef strips into a large ziplock bag. In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into the beef-filled ziplock bag, seal, and shake to coat. Refrigerate for at least one hour and up to 24 hours. Preheat your grill over medium heat. Carefully thread the beef strips onto each skewer and transfer to the grill. Cook for three minutes on each side. Serve immediately
