Beef Stick
Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger (cheap kind)
- 4 Tbs. curing salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions
Knead all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shape into logs. Bake for 9 hours at 160 degrees.
