  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 C. beef broth
  • 4 oz. uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/3 C. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high. Brown the beef while stirring and add the onion and cook until tender. Stir in the noodles and reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Put in the sour cream and cook until the mixture is heated through. Season with parsley before serving.
