Beef Tips in Gravy Over Garlic Bows
Ingredients
- Beef Tips:
- 3 lb. beef round steak cubed into 1 pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 can baby peas
- 2 Tbs. kitchen bouquet
- 2 packages brown gravy mix
- 1 package au jus mix
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. flour
- 2 C. water
- Garlic bows:
- 1 package bow tie noodles
- 2 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 stick butter
Directions
Dust beef cubes in flour and brown in large skillet with olive oil, remove and place in crock pot. Brown onion in skillet and add to beef tips. Add all remaining ingredients above for beef tips cover and cook on medium-low for 4 hours. Serve on top of garlic noodles with warm crusty bread for dipping.
