Beefsteak For Two

Ingredients
- 1 porterhouse steak, 2 inches thick
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
Place steak on dish wtih olive oil, salt and pepper an let stand 1 hour turning occasionally. Grill over charcoal about 8 minutes on each side. Remove from grill, return to dish with oil, add lemon juice and garnish with wedges.
