• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 jar spaghetti sauce or sloppy joe sauce
• 2 tubes large refrigerated biscuits
• 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook the hamburger and drain. Stir in your choice of sauces. Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of greased cupcake/ muffin tins. Spoon 2 Tbs. meat mixture in each C.

Bake at 375 for 15-16 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
