Beefy Mushroom and Noodle Casserole

A quick, make-on-top-of-the-stove and serve recipe. My grandchildren love this. Great leftover, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Beefy Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • noodles (can use macaroni), I just dump in some and cook
  • Velveeta cheese, optional

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Cook pasta as directed on package and drain. Add beef to pasta and add soup. Stir in cheese. Warm on top of stove and serve.
