Beefy Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- two 15-oz. cans mixed vegetables, drained
- two 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- two 14-oz. cans beef broth
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 C. uncooked medium egg noodles
Directions
In skillet, brown and cook ground beef until no longer pink and transfer to crockpot. Add onion, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, beef broth, and oregano. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. In saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. Add noodles to slow cooker and cook 30 minutes.
