  • 8 4-oz Cod Fillets

  • 2 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbs Paprika
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 12-oz Bottle Beer, Pilsner or the like
