  • 1 C. Beer
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 lb. fish fillets, cut into large chunks
  • oil for frying
  • 10 small corn tortillas
  • 5 C. shredded cabbage
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. salsa of choice
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

In a small bowl, whisk beer, salt and flour. Rinse fish and pat them dry with paper towels. Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the fish pieces with batter. Cook the fish in batches, frying until golden. Let the fish briefly drain on paper towels after frying to remove excess oil. Place a couple pieces of fish in each tortilla. top with cabbage, mayonnaise, and salsa. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve!
