Preheat the oven to 400 F

Using an oven safe pan or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Coat the chicken with the pepper, paprika and salt. Then, put the chicken onto the pan and toss it around until the skin appears slightly brown.

Remove from heat and add some of the beer into the skillet just until it partially covers the chicken. Allow to cook for 20 -25 minutes in the oven.

While the chicken is cooking, in a separate pan, add the remaining beer and let it come to a simmer. Stir occasionally so that it does not burn. Once the beer starts to simmer, add in the corn starch to thicken the sauce. Then add in the honey and continue to stir. After the sauce has reached a desired thickness, remove from heat.

After the chicken is done. Remove it from the pan and let it sit on a paper towel then immediately toss it in the sauce. Keep tossing until all the chicken pieces are coated.

Finally, plate and serve.
