Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 3 C. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1 12 oz. can room temperature beer
Directions
Combine all 3 ingredients. Spray bottom (only) of bread pan and pour in batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 45-50 minutes, depending on your oven (until top is nice and brown). Remove from pan (you will have to use a knife to loosen sides) and cool on rack. Brush top of loaf with melted butter or just rub a stick of butter over the top.
