These are not your typical chicken wings! The beer brine makes them extra juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender. You can toss them in buffalo sauce if you want to add some extra heat.

  • 1 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle beer
  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine brown sugar, salt and beer in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until ingredients are well blended. Add chicken wings to bowl and gently toss until completely coated. Refrigerate wings for 30 minutes to allow them to bring.

Mix onion powder, garlic powder and paprika in a large resealable bag. Pat chicken dry with paper towel and transfer to bag. Gently shake until chicken is completely coated. Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or until the thickest part of chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Serve warm.
