Beer Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 4 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 C. shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 bottle beer
Directions
Combine cheeses, dry mustard, garlic, and red pepper in a large food processor, and process just until blended. Gradually add beer through tube feeder, and process until well blended. Cover and store in refrigerator.
