Beer-Infused Cream Cheese Frosting
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 oz. unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 oz. cream softened cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 tablespoons beer, your choice
In a medium sized bowl, combine butter and cream cheese. Whisk thoroughly or use an electric mixture.
Gradually, add the powdered sugar as you continue mixing until it is smooth
Pour in the beer. Mix to an even solution
Add the vanilla extract and stir for a minute
The paste should be creamy and consistent
Serve the frosting with cupcakes or spread it on cakes.
