These beer-infused meatballs are so tender and soft, they’ll melt right in your mouth! Instead of the traditional barbecue, these meatballs are a twist on the Swedish version. You don’t have to do much work to get great flavor!

  • 2 C. beef broth
  • 1 C. dark beer
  • 1 (4 oz.) can cream of mushroom
  • 1 ¾ lb. frozen meatballs
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Add all of the ingredients (save the sour cream) to a large crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours and add in the sour cream during the last half hour.
