Ingredients

  • 4 C. buttermilk
  • 1/2 C. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. beets, cooked and chopped
  • 1 C. cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. dill, chopped

Directions

Mix buttermilk and yogurt until smooth. Combine with the rest of the ingredients except for green onion and dill. Place in saucepan over medium heat and stir until hot. Garnish green onion and dill. If you desire, serve with cucumbers on top.
