This berry-filled trifle really lives up to its name. Every bite is met with one of three berries--strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. It's a great treat to serve after dinner.

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 C blueberries
  • 2 C raspberries
  • 2 C strawberries, halved
  • 1/3 C granulated sugar
  • 1/4 C raspberry juice
  • 1 C whipping cream
  • 2 Tbs. powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Follow box instructions for cake mix.

In medium bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar and raspberry juice.

In another bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Cut or tear cake into 1-inch pieces. In a glass, layer berries, cake and whipped cream mixture. Top with additional blueberries. Serve chilled.
