Use an electronic mixer to beat the cream cheese with the pudding mixture. Slowly beat in the milk. Set aside ½ cup of the whipped cream and stir in the rest to the cream cheese bowl. Spread a layer of the reserved whip cream at the bottom of a pan. Add a layer of graham crackers to the pan using about 5 crackers, using more or breaking the crackers if necessary. Then spread a layer of the cream cheese pudding mix on top of the crackers. Add a lawyer of blueberries and strawberries next. Repeat this order with the crackers first, then the pudding, then the berries. Repeat this until the ingredients are used, ending with the berries on top. Chill in the refrigerate for 4 hours at a minimum.
