Berry Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 apricot tea loaf, cut into 1-inch thick slices
- fresh whipped cream
- blueberries
- 1 Tbs. blueberry syrup
Directions
Place one slice of tea loaf on a plate, top with 2 Tbs. whipped cream, and cover with a healthy handful of berries. Drizzle with blueberry syrup.
