Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 C. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 C. skim milk
- 4 Tbs. sugar or honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 C. frozen unsweetened raspberries or strawberries
Directions
Put cottage cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla, and frozen berries in a blender. Process until smooth.
Yield: 2 servingsĀ
